The 2009 World Series is in the history books now, as the New York Yankees do it again! The Bronx Bombers showed their stuff at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday night, adding another chapter to the proud history of the Yankees organization with a decisive, 7-3 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies in game six of the World Series. Bigelow Tea would like to congratulate the Yankees on a fantastic victory and their record 27 th World Series Championship! Customer Service Week Celebrates our Successes!
During the week of October 5-9 my Customer Service and Call Center departments celebrated Customer Service Week, a nationally recognized event that acknowledges the efforts that customer service professionals give to an organization and its customers. We celebrate this event every year and it truly is a pleasure to recognize my staffs in a variety of ways during the week. This year the team celebrated as in years past with breakfast on one day and a team lunch at the end of the week
