Herbal Tea Hair Rinse – Make it!
Hope you guys enjoy this easy way to make a herb hair rinse! Let me know if you’ve tried it or if you plan on it! 
*MAKE SURE to either RINSE out the mixture or use an old towel incase of staining! *RECOMMENDED that you rinse out your shower/tub as well, since some herbs can stain there too! Recipe I modified (Herb & Vinegar Hair Rinse Recipe #1): www.chagrinvalleysoapandcraft.com Materials/Ingredients I used: Rosemary Parsley Muslin tea bags 1 gallon of distilled water (You can use tap water – heating it will burn everything away) 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar Measuring cup Spoon Some bottles Coffee Strainer (incase any herb pieces get into the mixture) PROCESS: 1.) Boil 3.5 cups of distilled water. 2.) Turn heat down to ‘simmer’

Answering a question from a CNN reporter, Project 21 members Niger Innis (of the Congress of Racial Equality) and Bob Parks, along with Frantz Kebreau of the National Association for the Advancement of Conservative People of All Colors, question the validity of claims that the tea party movement is racist. Niger points out the “agent provocateur” angle, Bob talks about misrepresentation and Frantz questions whether the charges of racism are hyped from the very start.
